Cancellation Policy

As a general booking policy, you may edit or cancel your reservation time up to 24 hours in advance of your original booked time by logging into your online GSB account. Cancellations under 24 hours are not refundable but may be rescheduled for a future date. Cancellations within 1 hour of booking time or no-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
