As a general booking policy, you may edit or cancel your reservation time up to 24 hours in advance of your original booked time by logging into your GSB account. Cancellations under 24 hours but more than 2 hours from booked time are not refundable but may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 2 hours of booking time or no-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

Personally identifiable information that may be collected in connection with bookings is retained by General Sports Bar, LLC and is not sold or otherwise transferred outside the company. This information is collected to help us better understand our customers and communicate information regarding their booking, special products, services or promotions.

To the extent that any of the sites accessible through General Sports Bar's website have different practices, these practices will be explained at those sites.
